Reflection:
As my second day of work, I feel more than comfortable in my work environment. Every employee at GreenPea Baby is very nice and welcoming to me. GreenPea is a very cooperative business. Basically every decision that is made about the website is a group decision ran by Mrs. Cathey. I feel as everybody is very trustworthy and helping to one another.
The dress code at GreenPea Baby is not very strict but every employee always looks professional. A usual outfit I would wear to work would be jeans and a nice top with boots or flats.
Everybody at GreenPea Baby is constantly working, whether it is working with customers, rearranging the products, working on the website etc. I stay very busy whenever I am there. There is always a lot of customers in the store while I am working and the environment is very relaxing and I can still get my work finished.

Reflection:
As GreenPea Baby is expanding their company throughout the Internet, I will be assisting in uploading new products to the home page and the specified category pages. I look at the new inventory list which include: sku number, product name, quantity, price, name of product, etc. I look on the manufacturer's website and get a picture and a description of the product. With the picture I got from the manufacturer's website, I edit and crop it to the best fit on Adobe. After that, I enter all the information into the "back page" of the website which is called GreenPea Admin. In the GreenPea Admin, HTML coding is used to enter the information. All the information I had entered into the back page would reflect on the main page as a new product and fall into the right categories.
Normally when I am working, the owner, Krista Cathey, the store managers, Janna Johnson and Erin Sennert, and other intern, Amber are working with me. Amber and I mainly work on the website taking turns on entering the new inventory onto the website.
Overall, my responsibilities for the website sound overwhelming but they get easier and quicker as I practice.

GreenPea Baby started in downtown Apex in 2008. The founder, Krista Cathey is a mother of three children and she personally knows how difficult shopping for your children can be. When she opened GreenPea Baby, her motive was to make the shopping experience better for parents. GreenPea Baby is a baby boutique that makes baby shopping simple, affordable and fun. GreenPea Baby takes research on products very seriously so customers do not have to. GreenPea Baby sells many Eco-friendly items, from organic mattresses to organic baby dolls. The customers at GreenPea Baby range from pregnant mothers to mothers of children who ages range from newborn to 2 years. Along with the boutique located in downtown Apex, GreenPea Baby is growing into a very strong online business as well.
